I started watercolor painting in January 2014, as a way to deal with changes in my life. Now I’m addicted.
Painting and doing art has provided me with a journey I never expected. Through painting lighthouses from around the world, I’ve traveled to South Korea, Scotland, England and elsewhere, without ever having left my artist’s table. It’s a wonderful way to travel through my imagination and the world — all at the same time.
Now I’m experimenting with new paints and new substrates: Watercolor crayons, pencils and markers and Aquabord, a clay-covered hardboard that acts like watercolor paper.
